= Self Stacking

It is important during self stacking that the HET shutter and CCAS tower remain closed. Do '''NOT''' open these shutters during this procedure.

==
1.) In the APC control window make sure to turn on the wavescope.

2.) Also check to make sure MARS is started and running.

3.) On the camera control, go to channel 2 to view AOA.

4.) In the windows machine, start the wavescope software and select manual alignment. In the pop up select the last file.

5.) In the wavescope software terminal enter the command ''shuttermode'' then do an ''S0'' command.

'''NOTE:''' The wave scope software will then begin to send a series of prompts. It will ask for you to open HET shutters during this time, do '''NOT''' open the HET shutter. Rather treat every command as if it were a command for the reference shutter (bear in mind this will result in some duplicate commands, if two open commands occur in a row just keep the reference shutter open and click ok on the prompt).

6.) Follow the prompts as if they are for the reference shutter and make sure to click ok for the script to continue.

7.) Wait for the mirror RSE to be within 100 of the Target RSE and tip/tilt to be less than 0.3

8.) If you wish to stack multiple times just run another ''S0'' command and repeat step 6 and 7.

9.) When you are done stacking, make sure to close the reference shutter and to turn off the wavescope in the APC GUI.
