ii.) SAMS > Start Server

iii.) MARS-HEFI > Start MARS System (Give this time to load before proceeding)

iv.) MARS-HEFI > Start HEFI

4.) Bring up both mountains' WX GUIs and the Firefox weather profile.

i.) Weather > HET weather Gui

ii.) Weather > Mt. Locke Weather Gui

iii.) Firefox > Weather

Setting Up Right Desktop

1.) On monitors 0.2 & 0.3 start the TO launcher

2.) Startup the TCS GUI

3.) The servers should be running, but you will want to restart them. Always check with the RA to see if they are at a good point to restart them. If you restart them while the RA is running calibrations, or any part of their "OPS" you could crash their check out.

i.) To restart the servers, go to the TO launchers and select the operations tab. Once there hover the mouse over TCS Servers. This brings up a drop down menu.

ii.) Move the mouse over to all servers and select restart from the drop down menu that appears there. A window will pop up with the start of what each server is in. This window will automatically close after 5 seconds once the servers have all been restarted.

iii.) To check that each server did restart correctly, go to the TO launcher and select monitor TCS Logs. Check each one of the five logs to make sure they correctly restarted.

4.) Open Control Desk. This is under the Operations tab on the TO launcher. Select Start Control Desk (remote desktop). Since this is a remote desktop, you will need a password to access it. You can get this password from Jim Fowler, Stephen Cooke, or one of the TO's.

5.) Check if Tracker is initialized on the tracker status tab on the TCS GUI. If not initialized, select the initialization button.

6.) Wait for Tracker initialization to complete.
