Quick Stack Guide
- Tracker Right, CCAS open
- Center array in Hefi, (mirror in, light high)
- Switch to AOA cam 2, Hefi out, light off
- Show spot image/ open HET reference in MARS
- Center array in AOA spot image
- DMI stage in take and adjust focus for DMI reading
- Begin iterations in AOA with command s1. For a quick stack keep an eye on time. Typically 1 – 2 iterations on either side is enough for a quick stack.
- Once the right side is done, move tracker to the left side.
- Begin iterations, again 1 - 2 or however much time you have available.
- Move the tracker back to the right side.
- IF there is time: Hefi mirror in, light source low, focus spot
- Measure stack
- Record stack, save positions in SAMS and SCS
- Take image sequence
- Do Hanshin30 in wavescope terminal
- If short on time: Save positions, do not take image sequence or Hanshin, do not record time, HEFI mirror out and light off.
- Close CCAS
